This unparalleled realization of a resistance lap pool atop a Manhattan co-op was made possible only by extensive collaboration between architect and structural engineer. A custom designed stainless steel and glass pavilion with operable glass panels on all four sides was built around the pool for maximum flexibility, ranging from fully open to fully closed.
