Formerly in the finance industry, this client’s new aspiration was to open an upscale training facility offering personalized workout assistance to all of its members. After a full architectural renovation, including integrated mechanical and plumbing systems, a raw 6000sf cellar space enabled this goal. An inviting entry space includes a juice bar and lounge area with natural finishes, while the main work-out space has an unobstructed floor plan, allowing maximum flexibility.
